Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy on FPV parts and frames that are unused/unopened, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ALL Custom Orders are Non-Refundable. 

This includes Custom BNF/PNP builds, Cinematic Lifters, 3D Prints, and 3D Print Design Work.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not soldered, not flown, with tags, and in its original packaging (so everything that came with). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@midwestcustomdrones.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Build to Order Drones, PNP, and BNF Drones

  1. Custom made drones and Pre-Order sales are final.
  2. All pre-orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis.
  3. Built and Tuned Drones may come with slightly different components than originally listed, as stock varies, and replacements become available. All replacements will be upgrades from their previous counterparts.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No Warranty

Midwest Custom Drones provides no warranty of any kind for any of the equipment it sells or otherwise distributes. You assume all risks for any products purchased or received from Midwest Custom Drones. Midwest Custom Drones and its employees are not liable for any instance of injury to you or others or damage or destruction of property. Additionally, Midwest Custom Drones is not responsible for any damages consequential or inconsequential resulting from the use or application of any Midwest Custom Drones provided products. We sell our equipment expressly without warranty or performance for any use or situation. It is up to the user to ensure that the products safely meet the user’s intended purpose.

Suppose an item you received from Midwest Custom Drones is faulty (“Faulty Item”) or inoperable due to a manufacturing defect. In that case, Midwest Custom Drones may replace or repair that item at its sole discretion if Midwest Custom Drones deems that the fault is indeed due to a manufacturing defect and not user misuse, including construction error. Midwest Custom Drones will not be liable for equipment that might have been lost and/or damaged as a result of the Faulty Item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. A few examples are, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal 3D print designs. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
